JM Group Contractors Inc. ("JM Group", "we") runs this website. This page explains what we collect when you use it and what we do with it.

What we collect

• When you ask for a free estimate: your name, phone number, the address of the job, the problem you pick and anything you write.
• When you leave a review: your name, your town if you give it, your star rating and what you write.
• If you text us or we text you: the phone number and the messages.
• The internet (IP) address a form was sent from, so we can stop spam.

How we use it

• To call or text you back about your roof.
• To schedule a visit and send you a quote.
• Reviews: we read each one first. Only the ones we approve are shown on this website, with your name and town.

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for ads.

Who else handles it

Only the companies that run the website for us: Cloudflare (hosting and storage), Resend (sends us an email when you ask for an estimate) and Twilio (carries text messages). They handle it only to provide that service.

Cookies

This website uses no advertising or tracking cookies. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not identify you. If you pick English or Spanish, your browser remembers that choice on your own device.

Text messages

Reply STOP to any text from us and we will not text you again. Message and data rates may apply.

Your choices

Call us to see, correct or delete what we have about you, or to take down your review.

Children

This website is for adults arranging roof work. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version goes on this page with a new date.
